Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products, such as used cat litter accessories, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate your request and send you a replacement of equal value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. After receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship the replacement.
