Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship orders only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Processing begins once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Same-Day Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

• Orders under $30 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.95
• Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping

Taxes
We do not charge sales tax on any orders. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment through UPS.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may cause delays or additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost Shipments
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it.
